Monthly plans require a 6-month commitment. Here’s why that’s actually in your favour: you’re billed for 48 weeks per year (4 weeks per month), but there are 52 weeks in a year. That means you get 4 weeks of training free. The commitment isn’t about locking you in — it’s about giving your trainer enough time to build a program that actually produces results. Real change doesn’t happen in 6 sessions.

Yes — and you’re actually our favourite person to work with. Starting with a trainer means you learn proper form from day one, build confidence with the equipment, and skip the months of confusion most people go through alone. More than half our clients started as complete beginners.
What certifications do your trainers hold?
Our team holds certifications from CanFitPro, the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (C-SEP), the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), and NCCP. Every program is grounded in exercise science and adapted to the individual.
How much does personal training cost in North Bay?
Single sessions start at $32.50 for 30 minutes and $65 for a full hour. Packages of 10+ sessions drop to $30 per 30-minute session and include gym membership. Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Single sessions and packages have zero commitment — no contract, no sign-up fee, no cancellation fee. Monthly pre-authorized plans require a 6-month commitment, which gives your trainer time to build a real program and gives you 4 free weeks of training per year (48 billed weeks out of 52).
Can I train with a partner?
Yes. Partner training sessions are $35 for 30 minutes or $67 for a full hour. You share the session with one other person — same trainer, same attention. It’s a cost-effective option if you want to train with a spouse, friend, or family member.
What does a first session look like?
It starts with a conversation — your goals, your history, anything your trainer needs to know. Then a movement assessment so we understand where your body is right now. From there, your trainer builds your program and you start training. No pressure, no sales pitch.
I’m recovering from an injury. Can you work with that?
Absolutely. Our certified trainers regularly work with clients post-surgery, managing arthritis, chronic pain, and other conditions. We build around what your body can do, progress carefully, and coordinate with your healthcare provider when needed.
Do your prices include tax?
Yes. All prices listed include HST. What you see is what you pay.
