Free consultation — Once you decide to join, you sit down with a certified trainer for a one-on-one consultation. They learn about your goals, your experience level, and any injuries or limitations. Then they design a personalized program — one or two workouts tailored specifically to you.

Free session with a trainer — After your program is built, you get a full session with the trainer to walk through every exercise. They show you the proper form, explain the equipment, and make sure you’re confident enough to do it on your own.

Free session with your trainer — After the assessment, you get a full session with the trainer you’ve been paired with.
